I had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation. The house had plenty of bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, making it perfect for a large group of friends or families traveling together. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy meals together. The little garden and terraces provided a lovely outdoor space to relax. The breakfast served by the friendly and attentive Carmen was absolutely delicious. It was also a bonus that we were able to bring our pet along. Arta is a delightful town to explore, and the location of the accommodation was conveniently close to numerous beautiful beaches in the East.

The room was amazing, it had a washing machine which was super convenient for our long stay. The air conditioning kept us cool and the tile floor made it easy to clean up. Plus, the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking!
Personally, I didn't really use the room service, but I know some guests might find it useful.

The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of care put into the preparation. The location was extremely convenient as it was within the city center, close to many restaurants and shops. Another plus was the quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect to recharge after a long day of work.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and difficult to sit on without feeling like it would collapse. there was no kettle to make a cup of tea in the evening, which would have been nice.

This hotel is located on a quiet residential street in the old part of town. Despite being on a narrow street, it's still within walking distance of everything in the area. the room and bathroom were clean and neat. the service was friendly and helpful, with staff members providing a delicious breakfast every morning. the lounge area, breakfast room, garden, and small swimming pool were all nice touches that added to our enjoyment of the place.
The hotel's location on a narrow street made it difficult to access and park our car, which was frustrating at times.
